Holland Contracting have been involved with the project to relocate the Signal Box from start to finish, firstly in dismantling this much loved local landmark under the stringent supervision of Network Rail, and much later in the careful reconstruction – on the opposite side of the road! The finished Box looks great, and is already winning compliments from residents and from passers-by.

Despite the very tight budget, Steve and the team have consistently worked to a high standard of craftsmanship, and have produced a beautiful building which has retained the feel of the original structure, despite having been modified to make it suitable for use as a modern community space, and as a small local museum.
